  • Q: Do you have free car parking?
  • A: Yes, we have free secure undercover parking for all guests located in the basement.
  • Q:  Are the apartments serviced?
  • A: As a part of our accommodation packages we offer a complimentary housekeeping service which is usually conducted on the sixth day for guests staying 9 days or more. When you choose to have your apartment serviced, our housekeeping staff will provide fresh towels & bed linen. Should you wish to increase the frequency of your housekeeping service or receive one for your shorter stay you may contact reception and we can add it to your booking for a small fee.
    - 1 bedroom apartment – $30
    - 2 bedroom apartment – $40
    - 3 bedroom apartment – $45
  • Q:  What amenities are provided?
  • A:  Your apartment has an initial supply of toiletries & consumables. Should you require further supply please contact reception where items can be purchased for a small fee.
  • Q:  Is linen provided?
  • A: Yes, all linen except for pool towels are provided. Pool towels may be hired from reception for $5 each for the length of your stay.
  • Q:  What is located close by?
  • A:  We are situated directly in the middle of Surfers paradise and Broadbeach. Surrounding us is:
    - The Convention Centre
    - Pacific Fair Shopping Centre
    - Jupiter’s Casino
    - 300m to the beach
    - Broadbeach Oasis Centre/Woolworths
    - Centro Surfers Paradise
    - Bus stops for all of gold coast are located at the end of our street.
    - And many local restaurant and tourist destinations.
  • Q: Can we store our luggage with reception?
  • A:  Yes, when checking out you may store your luggage in our secure locker during reception hours or later by arrangement with management.
  • Q: How do we check in after reception closes?
  • A: At the entrance to the building there is a white phone. When you pick this up you will be put through to our night service team who will ask for your name and travel details and provide you with a code to our safe located at the entrance of the building. Inside the safe will be an envelope with your name on it, directions and the key to your room. To ensure the safety & security of all our guests it is a requirement that guests arriving after hours check in with reception the following morning. Failure to do so could result in restricted access.
  • Q: Do you take schoolies bookings?
  • A: We are not a registered schoolies building, which means we do not give out schoolies arm bands, schoolies lanyards or schoolies promotions. For schoolies buildings visit www.schoolies.com.au
    However some schoolies bookings do come through and for these guests the following applies:
    - The rate is $249 per night.
    - There is a $50 per person security charge (non refundable).
    - The bond is $300 per person.
    - All guests must be over 18 and if they are not their parents must contact us directly.
    - A $300 deposit is required at time of booking.
    - Full payment is required 28 days before arrival.
    - Cancellation policy is: Outside 28 days $35 admin fee; Inside 28 days deposit is forfeited; Inside 14 days whole accommodation cost is forfeited.
    - We are a family hotel therefore we have a zero tolerance to parties, loud noises, additional guests, underage drinking & illegal substances.
